REFUND POLICY

As the mode of payment is cash on delivery, a customer is entitled to pay only after he/she receives the final garment that was ordered by him/her. The customer is entitled to a refund only when:

a. the packaging/garment has been tampered or damaged by us

b. wrong order is delivered

c. items are missing from your order at the time of delivery Even in the worst case scenario, when the customer feels the material/garment provided has been damaged by us before delivery, our team has only a liability to repay Rs 500/- as a compensation.

*Under any circumstances, you may or may not be eligible for a refund. The decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding in nature.
